He is the founder of a 'new economy' consulting enterprise called the Social Market Technology Network (a digital, distributed business for some exciting and innovative change in trade, tax, public administration and welfare). He was previously a chief architect and technical strategist for Capgemini and was their UK public sector blockchain lead, exploring some innovative use-cases in loyalty and identity. Mr. Meyne has continued his interest in the development of ‘distributed business’ and platform thinking. He’s a part-time advisor to startups and regular contributor at events
