Mr. Reifer has more than 30 years of progressive management experience in both government and industry. At the Aerospace Corporation, Mr. Reifer managed all of the software efforts associated with the Space Transportation System (Space Shuttle). At TRW, he served as the Deputy Program Manager for the Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) line of business organization. As the Chief the DoD Software Initiatives Office, Mr. Reifer served as the Program Manager for the DoD Software Reuse Initiative, the Chief of the Ada Joint Program Office and the Technical Advisor under an Intergovernmental Personnel Act assignment with the Defense Information Systems Agency. Currently, Mr. Reifer serves as President of RCI, an international management consulting firm specializing in change management and software reuse. RCI is assisting many Fortune 500 firms in making the transition to component-based software engineering technology.
