Mr. Vien has spent a considerable amount of time researching and developing viruses and Trojan horses to aid in his understanding of these types of threats, the result of which has made him a foremost expert in the field of malicious code. Mr. Vien has also performed consulting services for over 35 US government agencies. The combination of his experience and knowledge has led several industry leading white hat security groups to rank him amongst the top 5 security experts in the United States.Mr. Vien is currently the Chief Information Security Scientist for WholeSecurity, an Austin based software vendor that provides the industrys first automatic, behavioral-based software to prevent Online Identity Theft.
