Detailed instructions about how to register

Online Registration

Registering for one of our events is a very simple and straightforward 2-steps procedure:

Click on the "Register!" button on the top left side of every seminar page, complete the form, choose your payment method and send your data. This automatically generates an e-mail containing a customized registration form you will use to complete your registration.

At the end of this online step you will receive a page confirming we've received your data and sent the e-mail to your address.

When your receive our e-mail you must print, sign and stamp (for those who need the authorization of their company or organization) the registration form (and eventually complete it with your credit card data) and fax it to our fax number +39 06 6871102 (together with the receipt of payment of the registration fee if you've chosen "wire transfer" as your preferred method of payment).

After receiving your fax we'll confirm your registration by e-mail (after charging you credit card if you've chosen to pay with a Visa or Mastercard).

Offline Registration

While in any of the pages of our events you have the possibility to download the .PDF brochure with more detailed information about the event.

In every brochure you'll find a registration form which must be completed with detailed information about yourself and faxed, together with the receipt of the payment, to +39 06 6871102.

You'll then receive by email or fax an official confirmation of your participation to our event.

Group Discount

If a company registers 5 participants to the same seminar, it will pay only for 4. Those who benefit of this discount are not entitled to other discounts for the same seminar.

Early Registration

The participants who will register 30 days before the seminar are entitled to a 5% discount.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund is given for any cancellation received more than 15 days before the seminar starts. Cancellations less than 15 days prior the event are liable for 50% of the fee. Cancellations less than one week prior to the event will be liable for the full fee.

Cancellation Liability

In the case of cancellation of an event for any reason, Technology Transfer's liability is limited to the return of the registration fee only.
