Description

To be successful at Management, executives, managers and all employees must be able to understand, consider, cost, analyze, and improve Business processes. Many Business processes, particularly large complex processes, present special challenges with a multitude of details.
To undertake successful analysis of these processes requires detailed Business modeling techniques, emphasizing discipline and structure. Fortunately, there are a number of advanced process modeling and analytical tools and techniques to assist in conveying information about these processes and in the Management of these Business processes.
Process modeling is the real workhorse of any Business Process Management effort, allowing Business processes to be represented in diagrammatic form for detailed analysis and measurement. Process modeling provides the semantics, syntax, construction procedures and rules to ensure quality in the Business modeling effort.
